Kemampuan berbicara di depan umum merupakan keterampilan komunikasi penting bagi siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan karena mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran, organisasi, interaksi sosial, dan kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan berbicara, dan kepercayaan diri siswa melalui seminar The Power of Speech di SMK Ibnu Khaldun Balikpapan Barat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahap persiapan, pelatihan, praktik, dan evaluasi. Aktivitas pelatihan meliputi seminar interaktif, diskusi kelompok, demonstrasi, dan praktik berbicara langsung. Materi yang diberikan mencakup konsep dasar public speaking, teknik vokal, pengaturan intonasi, artikulasi, komunikasi nonverbal, keterlibatan audiens, serta strategi mengelola rasa gugup. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa memperoleh pemahaman lebih baik mengenai berbicara efektif dan lebih berani menyampaikan gagasan di depan audiens. Meskipun sebagian siswa masih mengalami kecemasan, sesi praktik mendorong mereka tampil lebih percaya diri. Implikasinya, pelatihan public speaking berkelanjutan diperlukan untuk memperkuat kompetensi komunikasi dan kesiapan karier siswa.
